East Boise

Several options await in this part of Boise. You can find homes sitting up near Table Rock and the Mesa where views overlook the Treasure Valley. Historic homes also line Warm Springs and is one of Boise’s oldest neighborhoods.

Hyde Park & North End Boise

Just north of downtown Boise, the North end is filled with historic homes and so much charm. Beautiful tree lined streets make this a pretty site throughout the changing seasons. Hyde Park district is a section of the north end that has a selection of local eateries and shops.

The Highlands

This area sits just above the north end of Boise. Many homes here have views of the city. Back when Boise pioneers were settling down in the late 1800’s, many picked places near geothermal outlets near the Boise River or Warm Springs. Some developed farms along Crane Creek.

Boise Bench

Just south of downtown Boise that sits up above the city centrally or on a bench. There are a diverse mix of neighborhoods… old, new and renovated.  Home to some great local restaurants and food markets.

Garden City

This area sits just west of downtown and runs along the Boise River. A chick and up and coming area that is home to some cool local breweries and wineries.

Hidden Springs/Cartwright Ranch/Dry Creek Ranch

Hidden Springs sits about 15 minutes north of downtown Boise. This community is charming and feels like you are living in your own small town. It has a neighborhood restaurant, firehouse,  elementary & pre-school and more. Cartwright Ranch and Dry Creek are neighboring newer subdivisions that boost the same type of feel. Beautiful foothills surround these areas.
